CamundaCon 2023 FAQ

CamundaCon is an event for developers, process automation experts and IT executives interested in learning about modern, scalable process orchestration. It brings together the global Camunda community to share best practices and use cases, and get product updates and inspiration from the Camunda team.

CamundaCon will take place over the span of two days – September 27-28, 2023. It’s a hybrid event that audiences can attend either virtually or in-person in New York City.

CamundaCon 2023 is a hybrid event. You can attend onsite in New York City at 74Wythe or you can join the conference virtually.

If you attend virtually, the online part is still open to everyone for free. Regular tickets for the onsite part in New York city are $649 per person. An early bird ticket is available for $429 until July 16, 2023.

You are eligible for a refund up to 4 weeks before the event. After that, we are unable to refund your ticket but you can transfer it to another attendee. Please contact us at [email protected] for a refund or transfer request.

Yes, virtual attendees will have access to the same content as onsite attendees.

Yes, if permitted by the speaker all sessions will be recorded.

There isn’t an official hotel block for CamundaCon attendees, but there are several accommodations in the surrounding area of 74Wythe.

CFP is open until May 18, 2023.

Everyone! Customers, Community Members, Partners and Camundi are all welcome and encouraged to submit presentations.

Yes. Camunda reimburses the speakers (and co-presenters) travel costs to the conference within the timeframe of September 26-29. The Events Team will be offering to you hotel organization as well. If you’re traveling by plane, please note that Camunda covers Economy airfare + 1 piece of luggage only. Please note that if you’re deciding to extend your stay, you’re responsible to cover your hotel expenses yourself. Receipts to get reimbursed need to be handed in until November 1st, 2023.
