What we are looking for
We're looking for real-world results worth sharing. Not the biggest deployment or the longest customer relationship. The strongest impact.
Every nomination must meet three criteria:
- Live in production. No pilots, proofs of concept, or sandbox projects.
- Measurable results. Time saved, revenue generated, costs reduced, risks lowered, or processes handled. Show us the numbers.
- A story we can share. A named representative from your organization who agrees to publicly share the story if you win.

Recognizing measurable business results from orchestration, including revenue growth, cost savings, faster time to market, and reduced risk.
Agentic Orchestration
Recognizing AI agents orchestrated within end-to-end business processes running in production.
ProcessOS
Recognizing teams using ProcessOS to redesign and implement processes on Camunda 8.
Migration Excellence
Recognizing successful migrations from Camunda 7 to Camunda 8, backed by measurable results.
Partner Collaboration
Recognizing successful customer outcomes delivered in collaboration with a Camunda partner, honoring both.
Customer of the Year
Selected directly by the awards committee. No nomination required.

How it works
Step 1
Now through 29 January
Submit your nomination.
Step 2
Early February
We confirm nomination details with your organization's named sponsor.
Step 3
Mid-February
The committee scores every qualified nomination against a consistent set of criteria.
Step 4
Early March
Winners are notified privately, so there is time to plan travel and approvals.
Step 5
CamundaCon Day 2, May
Winners are announced on stage in Barcelona.
FAQ
Can I nominate my own team?
Yes. Customers can nominate themselves, and Camunda teams can nominate customers. Both go through the same review.
Can we submit more than one?
Yes, as long as each one is a distinct use case.
Does someone have to attend?
Yes. One representative needs to be in Barcelona to accept the award. We cover airfare and hotel for that person (see details below).
What happens to the information we submit?
It goes to the awards committee for scoring. Nothing is published without written agreement from the sponsor you name.
What if we cannot share our results publicly?
Then this is not the right fit this year, since public recognition is the point of the award. Talk to your Camunda contact about other ways to be recognized.
Who judges?
A committee drawn from across Camunda: Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Value Engineering, and Consulting.

*Covers round-trip economy airfare and hotel for one representative for the duration of CamundaCon Barcelona, reimbursed by Camunda. Meals, ground transportation, visa costs, and additional guests are not included. We confirm the details in writing when winners are notified.
