I am a seasoned software development leader with cross‑industry experience across banking, insurance and the supply chain sector. I lead multidisciplinary teams to architect and deliver integrations, platforms and products that solve real business problems, improve resilience and accelerate outcomes. My approach blends research depth with pragmatic execution, from shaping technology strategy and target operating models to instituting engineering standards, DevSecOps and continuous improvement. Recently, I have utilised Camunda to drive the Danica agentic transformation, orchestrating human and machine work, standardising process models and integrating legacy and cloud services. This work enables autonomous, policy‑aware flows with clear guardrails, better observability and faster iteration from idea to production.
