Rangaswamy is a Technical Architect specializing in business process automation and workflow orchestration. With hands-on experience in both Camunda 7 and Camunda 8, he has architected and delivered enterprise-scale BPMN solutions across finance, healthcare and other domains.
This session shows how Camunda and Spring Boot power an agentic orchestration model that automatically identifies, analyzes, and resolves recurring hardware incidents. Using a vector database and retrieval-augmented generation, the system learns from past resolutions, proposes corrective actions, and routes only exceptions to human validation. Attendees will see a live demo and learn how this approach reduces manual effort, decreases SLA risk, and creates a foundation for autonomous operations.
