Call for Presentations

Who is my audience?

CamundaCon brings together business and technology executives, IT & business decision-makers, enterprise architects, software developers, and IT professionals to discuss the latest and greatest developments in process automation and orchestration technologies.

This year, we are particularly interested in stories about Operationalizing AI—how teams are using Camunda to orchestrate AI-driven processes, integrate AI models into workflows, and ensure responsible automation at scale.

What should I present?

Most presentations are typically 30 minutes long with audience Q&A afterward. Let us know what you are thinking in terms of a presentation format and topics, or check out sample decks and recent CamundaCon recordings for inspiration.

What defines a good session?

Topics relevant to process orchestration with Camunda such as:

Business and technical use cases – real-world examples featuring ROI, KPI, business value, best practices, orchestration journeys, and lessons learned.
Industry trends and industry-specific challenges and solutions.
Innovation – latest technology trends including AI, ML, and all things autonomous.

Where can I get help with my CFP?

If you have any questions or would like any assistance with your CFP, make use of the office hours of our team by setting up a meeting, or contact us via community@camunda.com. We’ve also prepared sample presentation outlines for you to access, on the following topics: business use case, technical use case, industry trends and innovation.

Will my travel expenses as a speaker be reimbursed by Camunda if I decide to travel to New York?

Yes. Camunda reimburses travel costs for the conference within the timeframe of October 6-9 for main presenters only. Please note that if you have a co-presenter, the cost must be covered by your organization. The Events Team will offer hotel organization for you as well. If you are traveling by plane, please note that Camunda covers Economy airfare + 1 piece of luggage only. If you decide to extend your stay, you are responsible for covering your hotel expenses yourself. Receipts to get reimbursed must be handed in by November 15, 2025.

Can I present virtually if I'm unable to travel?

Yes, you can present virtually if you are unable to travel. The Camunda Events Team provides travel assistance, including visa support if needed.

Can I nominate co-speakers for my session?

Yes, this is possible while submitting your session or later in the process. The program team strongly recommends no more than 1 co-presenter for organizational and presentation dynamic purposes. Please note Camunda does not cover travel costs for your co-presenter.

I have an exciting product or service. Can I submit a session proposal in order to promote my idea?

Obvious advertising and sales pitches don’t stand a chance in our Call for Presentations.

If my idea is accepted, will the program team help me with further preparation?

You are responsible for your session. For improving your session content and performance on stage (onsite or remote), Camunda offers you free speaker trainings with our international coaches. You’re invited to make use of this free offer any time during the time before the conferences. If you’re seeking help with urgent issues, the agenda committee, your Camunda Account Manager, and the CamundaCon Moderators are happy to offer advice.

How is the program curated?

The CamundaCon 2025 agenda committee curates the content from the proposals submitted via Call for Presentations (CFP), but also specifically invites speakers and advises partners.

Will submissions be accepted after the deadline?

No. The Call for Presentations ends on June 16, 2025, at 6pm ET.
