Who Is My Audience?
CamundaCon May 14-16, 2024 merges CamundaCon & the Community Summit. The event will attract software developers, software architects, process automation experts, and those intrigued by the progressions in process automation and orchestration technologies. It fosters collaborative learning through technical sessions from the Community Summit and business/use-case tracks from CamundaCon.

What Should I Present?
Presentations are usually 30 minutes, followed by Q&A. Your audience can be both business and technical users, so aim to reflect about both audiences in your submission. Let us know what you are thinking in terms of a presentation format and topics in your submission, or check out last years’ CamundaCon & Community Summit for inspiration.

CamundaCon Agenda Committee
At Camunda events, we do our best to highlight a variety of process automation stories from open source contributors to enterprise customers, partners, and process automation industry experts. But selecting the best possible talks for these events takes a lot of effort! In order to help this process, we bring together a diverse “Agenda Committee” for each event, with representatives from Marketing, Sales, Developer Relations, and Product. Each of the committee members brings their unique perspective about our community’s needs and desires, and together we work to create the best possible agenda.

Yes this is possible while submitting your session or later in the process. The program team strongly recommends not more than 1 Co-presenter for organizational and presentation dynamic purposes.
The recent Community Summits and CamundaCons have highlighted a growing interest among process orchestration enthusiasts in both technical aspects and industry trends. In line with the collaborative nature of the Community Summit, we are merging CamundaCon and Community Summit into a single event. This combined event will feature the familiar in-depth technical sessions from the Summit, alongside the customary business and use-case tracks from CamundaCon.
Yes. Camunda reimburses the speakers (and co-presenters) travel costs to the conference within the timeframe of May 14-17, 2024. The Events Team will be offering to you hotel organization as well. If you’re traveling by plane, please note that Camunda covers refundable Economy airfare + 1 piece of luggage only. Please note that if you’re deciding to extend your stay, you’re responsible to cover your hotel expenses yourself. Receipts to get reimbursed need to be handed in until June 30, 2024.
Obvious advertising and sales pitches don’t stand a chance in our Call for Presentations.
You are responsible for your session. For improving your session content and performance on stage (onsite or remote) Camunda Offers you free Speaker Trainings with our international coaches. You’re invited to make use of this free offer any time during the time before the conferences. If you’re seeking help with urgent issues, the agenda committee, your Camunda Account Manager and the CamundaCon Moderators are happy to offer advice.
