My focus is laser-sharp on optimizing and transforming Danica's core processes across B2B, B2C, and Health and Care i Danica. One of our standout achievements has been revolutionizing the onboarding process for new corporate clients. By integrating Camunda as a workflow enhancer and redefining business rules, we've set a new industry benchmark for swift client initiation. Additionally, we've streamlined the corporate client termination process, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience. Our department collaborates closely with Danica's operational teams, employing a transformative approach and pioneering work methods. As a leader, I embrace a regenerative mindset, learning from my team while fostering their professional development. Under the 2025 theme “From Momentum to Movement”, we aim to establish the industry's most effective processes, employing business architecture and tools like Camunda to fulfil our ambitions. An example of our success is the “Deals on Time” initiative in the B2B sector, positioning Danica as the industry leader with the fastest pension agreement processes. Through these efforts, we aim to propel Danica's transformation forward, setting new standards for efficiency and customer satisfaction in the industry.
