Chief Operating Officer
David is Chief Operating Officer of BP3 Global, a specialist AI and automation consultancy and one of Camunda's top-ranked global partners. He leads the delivery organisation across the Europe and US, helping enterprise clients design and operationalise intelligent process automation programmes. Before BP3, David spent six years scaling Simply Business as Director of Operations and CIO, and founded Modexe — a process automation consultancy acquired by BP3 in 2014. He has been working with Camunda since BP3's earliest days in Europe and has a particular focus on how organisations move from automation at task level to intelligence at process level.
CityFibre is exploring how agentic AI can augment process orchestration by enabling workflows that interpret signals, choose actions, and respond dynamically to operational events. This session shares early lessons from designing a proof of concept with Camunda, including how the team framed the business problem, prototyped AI-driven decisioning, and validated value through a working demo. Attendees will learn how intelligence and orchestration can combine to support more adaptive, proactive network operations.
