From Hyperautomation to Agentic AI: Scaling Supply Chain Support with Camunda and BOAT

The core of this vision is orchestrating people, systems, and devices, with Camunda serving as the central process orchestrator. While the initial focus was on traditional Automation, we have now made the leap to Agentic AI to solve a critical challenge in the Supply Chain. The supply chain support team was overwhelmed by incoming emails, leading to delayed responses and little time for personal customer contact. Scaling the team was not an option. In this keynote, we detail how we leveraged the Agentic AI capabilities within Camunda to build an advanced workflow. This AI-driven 'agent' automatically processes incoming emails, creates tickets, extracts key details, determines the required action, and responds instantly. Only complex or exceptional cases are flagged for necessary human review.
