Agent-based operations will replace classical automation
Many organizations have already captured the “easy wins” of digitalization. What remains are the most complex processes: highly variant, real-time, and operationally critical.
As automation rates increase, each additional percentage point becomes disproportionately harder to achieve, while customer interactions and manual workloads remain high. This creates a structural limit for traditional, rule-based automation.
This talk argues that agentic processes are the key to breaking this ceiling.
