SmartMed is developing an intelligent pharmacy assistant powered by Camunda and agentic orchestration. The solution blends generative AI with BPMN- and DMN-driven guardrails to interpret patient inquiries, retrieve medication data, and incorporate clinical context such as allergies, interactions, lab results, and demographics. Human-in-the-loop review ensures every response is safe and validated before delivery. This session will showcase the project’s design approach and the path to production.
