In March 2026 Danica partnered with Camunda for an in‑depth workshop and built a PoC on Camunda 8.8 that embedded agentic orchestration in Danica claims solution. The PoC combined BPMN with AI‑driven decisioning, used curated, provenance‑tracked knowledge to guide each step, and established a shared knowledge base that captures outcomes and rationales so the system can improve itself through feedback loops. In this session we will share our approach, architecture choices and lessons learnt, and how the workshop gave us the confidence to move full steam ahead. Attendees will see how we modelled agents as services, implemented human‑in‑the‑loop safeguards and prepared for production across governance, observability and risk.
