With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, I currently serve as a Senior Automation & Process Engineer and OSS Functional Lead at Telefónica, where I drive automation initiatives and the implementation of DevOps practices. Telefónica Global Solutions is migrating key OSS processes from a traditional orchestrator to Camunda to improve speed, reliability, and integration across its operations ecosystem. This session highlights how provisioning, assurance, and case management processes are being automated with BPMN- and DMN-driven models and how Camunda connects with existing tools to streamline daily operations.
