EY built an AI-driven escalation agent that uses Camunda  to automate triage, classify complex insurance cases, and recommend next actions with greater speed and consistency. This session demonstrates how agentic orchestration routes cases, retrieves data, and supports human adjusters by handling routine decisions and escalating only high-value exceptions. Attendees will learn how the proof of concept sharpens routing logic, reduces cycle times, and creates a more predictable, scalable claims process.
